A credit card on file is required to book all appointments and will be charged in the event of a no-show, or late time cancellation.
Please provide at least 48 hour notice for any cancellations or adjustments. (Emergency exclusions may apply)
You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder via text and email before your scheduled appointment.
cancellation fees
Late Cancellations (less than 48-24 hours notice):50% of the service total is to be charged
No-Shows (missed appointment without notice):100% of the service total. If no showed more than once, my services will no longer be offered.
Same-Day Cancellation:100% of the service total
If the same appointment is rescheduled more than twice, It may result in a scheduling fee.
secheduling policy
Due to high demand— if you need certain days/times that aren’t available or are on an off day, I do offer “fit in appointments” that are priced higher for time management/scheduling conflict purposes.
